What data and why

For an order we process your name, address, email address and (optionally) your phone number. The legal basis is the performance of the sales contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with our statutory (tax) retention obligation.

Retention period

We keep order and invoice data for as long as the statutory tax retention obligation requires (7 years). After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to data portability. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within the statutory period.

Sharing with third parties

We share your data only where needed to fulfil your order and communicate with you (such as the delivery provider, the payment provider, and our email service provider) or where legally required. We will never resell your data.
